Automatic Payment Service Authorization Agreement (Surepay) is an automated payment option that allows the City of Glendale to withdraw funds from your checking account to make your utility payments. This option requires a completed Surepay Application with a voided check (checking) to be submitted. 

If you would prefer to set up Autopay online with your checking, debt or credit card you can register your utility account through the Customer Utility Portal.
