Start / Turn On Utilities
To place the service in your name, please review the required information needed below and call customer service or come into the office to complete the account set-up and pay the required deposit.
Set-Up Requirements for Homeowners:
-$200 deposit for residential (single family)
-Escrow # or File #
-Title company name and phone number
-Social security number
-Photo ID Number (i.e., a United States driver’s license number or passport ID number)
-Homeowner name as it appears on the deed / county records
-Service Address
-Mailing Address
-Primary phone number
-Email Address
Set-Up Requirements for Renters/Tenants:
-$200 deposit for residential (single family)
-Signed lease/rental agreement (signed property management agreement if lease is signed by manager instead of owner)
-Social security number
-Photo ID Number (i.e., a United States driver’s license number or passport ID number)
-Names of all Tenants as they appear on the signed lease agreement
-Service Address
-Mailing Address
-Primary phone number
-Email Address
