See the instructions below to help register your City of Glendale utility account online with our Customer Connect Portal:

1. Click on Register Now

2. Enter your corresponding information and click the Register button. 

               Username and Password
               Mail Zip Code +4, 9 digits with a dash (12345-6789)
               Utility Account #, 10 digits with a dash (00000000-00)
               Email
*Check the Receive Printed Bills box if you would prefer paper bills to be mailed.

3. A confirmation will pop-up stating a verification link has been sent to your email address.

4. Go to your email and click the link to complete your verification.

*Verification link will expire the next day.

5. You will be redirected to the customer portal and will see a pop-up box stating, “Your account has been successfully verified.”
   
   

6. You can now log in with your registered credentials.
